Ports of Long Beach & Los Angeles to Implement Clean Truck Program
Originally scheduled for November 17, 2008, the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles
were to begin implementing the Clean Truck Program. Please note that it was recently
announced that the Clean Truck Fee (CT Fee) will be delayed pending resolution of
outstanding regulatory issues. The new start date for fee collection is not yet clear,
however, PortCheck urges cargo owners to complete preparations for claiming cargo
online and paying the CT Fee. It is also suggested to register with PierPASS if you are
